There are so many attractions nearby you will need a month to explore all their delights: The Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust, the Spa Town of Cheltenham, Gloucester Cathedral, the Georgian City of Bath and Roman Cirencester are nearby. Other musts are Prinknash Abbey, Berkeley Castle, Westonbirt Arboretum and the hundreds of Cotswold stone villages with cosy traditional pubs. Within easy distance is Shakespeare's Stratford Upon Avon, the Port of Bristol, the Forest of Dean and the dreaming spires of Oxford.
Many ramblers rest here after a magnificent day's walk along the Cotswold Way and if you are more energetic, this is popular cycling country. We will look after your boots and bikes!
